Pascal Perceval oversees an extraordinary estate established in 1910, spanning 54 hectares of vineyards nestled in the French Alps. This domain stretches from the commune of Les Marches, near Lake Saint André, to the Chautagne territory bordering Lake Bourget. Amidst this stunning landscape, the vines boast an average age of 30 years, with some parcels exceeding 80 years old. Born from the soil enriched by the monumental collapse of Mount Granier in November 1248, a white grape variety with delicate and fresh aromas thrives. The region, characterized by its mountains, valleys, lakes, and rivers, experiences a continental climate influenced by both oceanic currents from the north and Mediterranean breezes from the south. Here, the Perceval family upholds traditions and embraces innovation in viticulture. Their dedication to meticulous work, manual harvesting, and ancestral techniques results in wines with smooth tannins, rich density, and distinctive character. Notably, the Roussette de Savoie, crafted from the Altesse grape, traces its origins back to the Crusades, where it was introduced to Cyprus.
